The “Lea Valley 50 km” is a flat 50 km from Welwyn Garden City to Hackney Wick in East London. The route follows the scenic Cole Green Way and Lea Valley Path all the way from rural Hertfordshire to the Big Smoke.
We are delighted to repost our London 25KM event inside the Lea Valley 50KM
Starting at Broxbourne the event will take you down the stunning Lea Valley canal all the way to the Here East finish.
What is unique about this event is that it's being 'Powered by Gratitude'.
Goodgym and Camino Ultra London have been great partners for affordable, fun and accessible endurance races for London locals since 2020.
Alongside great days out running on the Lea Valley towpath and Epping Forest greenways, we have also brought the best aid stations in town for our running friends!
There will be an amazing finishing line party at Here East, Hackney Wick for all those involved!
Go for the 50km for an ultra distance challenge (starting in Welwyn Garden City, with 3 aid stops on route), or experience the glorious 25km jaunt (from Broxbourne, with 1 aid station).
