14:00 - 15:30Hounslow Adult Social Care - Community Social Workers has asked if we can help Mr S with a gardening task please. The grass is needs cutting as well as some weeding
We have been advised that Mr S has suitable gardening tools to carry out the job. The garden is accessed through the front door. He is able to answer the door, his daughter is also currently living there
Mr S will have brown bin for the garden waste.
