Queens Park Community CouncilThis week, we’re teaming up with Queen’s Park Community Council to spread the word—literally! We’ll be helping deliver their local newsletter, The Queen’s Park Voice, and you don’t want to miss out on this feel-good fitness mission.
We’ll kick things off with a scenic jog down to Queen’s Park, then hit the streets (and stairs!) to get those newsletters delivered. Forget the step trainer—this is cardio with a cause! It’s a fantastic way to give back to the community while smashing your step goals.
We meet at Beer and Burger where we can leave bags or coats Look forward to seeing you at our last Group run of 2024!!!!!

New to GoodGym?
This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.
New GoodGymers are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.

Queens Park Community CouncilWalkable
You will be able to join a group walking to the task if you'd prefer not to run.
Options are available to run between 5km and 6km in total
Remember that we run/walk to and from the task, so you'll only be running/walking for half this distance in one go.
This is a standard GoodGym group run. If you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us.
