Giving blood saves lives. The blood you give is a lifeline in an emergency and for people who need long-term treatments.

Donate blood, plasma or platelets on any day in January. Feel free to sign up for this mission and attend to donate at your convenience.

The NHS needs 3 blood donations every minute to handle the demand put on its stocks by emergencies, child birth and critical treatments, and those stocks are currently very low.

Whether you are a regular donor or have never donated before, more details on eligibility and how to book a session can be found at https://www.blood.co.uk/

Once you have attended your session just let me know (or fill in the complete mission log) and send me a pic to add to the report. This will allow us to acknowledge your good deed.
