Please note the change to our meeting location

Join us for our weekly group run and task. This week we’ll be leafleting on behalf of Sylvania Community in order to save their community hut. To keep us active we’ll do a bit of running between drops.

We will meet on Rosebarn Lane (outside number 100) - as this will be our leafleting route. We’ll stay in a group for the task to ensure it’s carried out in a safe way.

What to bring - Please bring gardening-type gloves (spares are provided though, to protect our fingers in letterboxes). It’s also dark, so bring a torch and consider wearing visible clothing.

New to GoodGym?

This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.

New GoodGymers are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.

Options are available to run between 1km and 2km in total

Remember that we run to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.

This is a standard GoodGym group run. If you can't run for more than 15mins without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us.
