16:00 - 17:45We have booked Helvellyn YHA near Glenridding for a weekend of good deeding, running, walking, partying and generally having a great time (and most definitely a game of sardines).

After the success of 2024 we are returning to the Lakes and have exclusive hire of the Hostel which sleeps 64.
There will be a parkrun somewhere and a couple of tasks - hopefully we can return to Langdale Primary School.
The total cost will depend on final numbers and there will be a contribution towards communal food but this will be approximately £55 for accommodation and £10 for food, plus bring something along for the shared meals.
A deposit of £10 required to book a place with balance due in November.
Dogs welcome too at £30 per dog for the weekend

We meet in the conference room of York CVS. The door to the conference rooms is around to the right of the main entrance and the Denham Room is the very first room on the right as you enter.

Hello, I’m interested in this if any spaces open up! I’m GG Lewisham, but from Leeds, and also starting to think about moving back ‘up north’ with York currently in the #1 spot of possible locations so it would be nice to meet some York GG folk ❤️
