09:00 - 10:30Now that the new coastal path is open, we'll be taking a run / walk along it.
We will meet at the middle (biggest) car park at Farlington Marshes then head south to join the new coastal path. This will be an out and back run along the same path so we get as far as we have energy to before turning round to re-trace our steps
90 % off road, could be muddy. Trail shoes probably the best option!
We will get back in time to join Judy's litter pick.

By car from Portsmouth, go around the roundabout at the top of Eastern Road. Entrance is just before the turning back onto Eastern Road.
