Join us for a chilly evening dropping leaflets for the brain injury charity, Headway.

We can stroll through the town and take in the Christmas lights, whilst also helping to promote some upcoming events. If we get time could also warm up with some jogging and exercises.

Meeting as usual at the Mercury theatre, we shall see you there!
