Slow Run Club are collaborating with Manchester Parks as part of their on going commitment to make parks safer for women and girls. They will be running 3km laps around Platt Fields park. From 4pm, every 20 minutes, a new lap will start. Everyone is welcome, no matter who you are, or what your pace is. Running together is a key way of feeling safer.

They are offering some earlier laps before the sun sets if running in dark conditions is not for you. Head torches will be available on a first come, first served basis, so please bring your own if you have one! They would love for you to dress bright & bring lights down to make light up the park.
