Wanstead Flats parkrun followed by some digging and planting.

A stretch of the legs at Wanstead flats park run before heading down to Emmanuel Church. Can do a breakfast stop at the Golden Arches if any one wishes

We shall be digging in some compost and planting bulbs and flowers for some winter colour and the bulbs ready for the spring.
