Give your running shoes a second chance. There are millions of people around the world who would benefit from them. Lets keep them out of Landfill!

Window shopping, researching, trying and buying new running shoes is one of the pleasures of running! But when our shoes are worn out, we can do better than just put them in the bin.

Huge thanks to We Run Ealing and Gunnersbury Parkrun who are again partnering with JogOn to provide the solution.

All you need to do to recycle your old (possibly smelly) running shoes is to bring them to Gunnerbury Parkrun on Saturday 23 November and drop them off before 9.00am (and you could walk, jog, run or volunteer while you're there!). Oh, and did we mention there's coffee afterwards?!

Email any photos to Harvey for the report (harvey@goodgym.org).

So....get active and get recycling!

How are you getting there?
