A random Friday off can only call for one thing: Some exercise and litter picking!

Meet by the football/basketball cage at the north end of Kingston Rec for a couple of laps of the park. Running/skipping/walking/star jumping, however you feel like getting round!

Then we will have a litter pick along the hedges and in the kids play area to tidy it up for the weekends use.
