Join us on Wednesday the 25th of June outside the Hat Factory on Bute Street, next to the giant orange LUTON sign (if its back), for our Group Run.

In this session we'll be running out along the busway to the Kingsway Recreation ground and the 61FC clubhouse. The new football season is fast approaching and is the perfect time to refresh the railings around the pitch, in time for the 25/26 season.

It's a 3km distance to the clubhouse which is doable for fast walkers, we'll set you off early to give you time to get there. Same for the return journey

New to GoodGym?

This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.

New GoodGymers are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.

Sign up by 6:45pm on Wednesday 25th June so we can let David know who to expect.

Walkable

You will be able to join a group walking to the task if you'd prefer not to run.

6km total distance

Remember that we run/walk to and from the task, so you'll only be running/walking for half this distance in one go.

This is a standard GoodGym group run. If you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us.
