07:50 - 08:40Come and join Area Activator and UK Coach in Running Fitness (CiRF) Simon for a fun mixed pace training session
Our plan is to meet up at Baba's Café at 7.50am, before enjoying an easy jog and dynamic warm up at approximately 8am.
Our session is as follows:
1 lap of thee 400m flat circular loop of 3 Mills Green
(This is at Tempo pace - 70-80% effort)
Then into a short sharp uphill, and a fun downhill for 200m attempting to maintain a similar pace
Final 200m at walking / easy jogging pace
Session concludes when the first runner completes 8 reps!
Afterwards, we will make a trip back to Baba's café for refreshments and snacks!
