Come and join us at Milton Country parkrun.

parkrun is a free community event where people walk, jog or run 5k. It takes place every Saturday and everyone is welcome. Volunteers are a vital to ensure the events run smoothly and carry out task such as setting up the event, marshalling, timekeeping, scanning, handing out finish tokens or tail walking.

There is ample parking at Milton Country Park. The best way to buy your car parking ticket is online at the park’s website and print it before you leave home. At the park, parking is paid for by card only and the machine is in the car park near the park entrance.

GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity
