Wednesday evening group sessions are all about coming together as a big team and heading out together to a practical task out in the community.

This week's task is still being confirmed so check back here before the session to find out what we'll be doing!

We meet up at 6:45 at the big orange LUTON sign on Bute Street, opposite the Hat Factory, where we say hi to eachother and warm up for a run.

Walkers are welcome most weeks if the distance to the task isn't too far. We might send you off a bit early so we arrive at similar times.

Bikers are welcome too but make sure you've got lights and are happy riding in the road when we're not on cycle paths.

New to GoodGym?

This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.

New GoodGymers are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.
