It's time again for a quick clean of the Welcome to Luton gravel sign! The weeds are starting to poke through again so we'll get it looking clean and tidy, ready to welcome all the passing cars and planes!

We'll stop by Stockwood park for a bit of fitness and some stretching on the way back.

New to GoodGym?

New GoodGymers are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.

Sign up by 6:43pm on Wednesday 17th September so we can let David know who to expect.

Walkable

You will be able to join a group walking to the task if you'd prefer not to run.

Options are available to run between 4km and 8km in total

Remember that we run/walk to and from the task, so you'll only be running/walking for half this distance in one go.

This is a standard GoodGym group run. If you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us.
