I can't beLEAF its not Litter
10 GoodGymers made their way 2.0km to help their local community in Colchester.

A warm (comparitively) and windy November's evening saw 9 Goodgymers prepared for an evening of wombling.
Rivercare had asked us to focus on the section of river between the Canoe club and the River Bridge near what used to be Quilters bar many years ago. We chose this section because it hadn't been done for a while, and also most of it was relatively well lit.
Whilst litter picking isn't hugely strenuous, it does allow us all to have a good natter, and in this case, a flashback to the 1990s as we were all teaching Tommy about garage music - he said, "isn't a garage somewhere to store your car?" - Just the sort of things our parents would have said to us in the late 1990s!
We were having so much fun that I completely lost track of time, so we had to do a quick march back to return the equipment, and unfortunately didn't have time for the fitness session I had planned.
Still a lovely evening and a few of us are looking forward to the Southwold 10km this Sunday.
