Suggest GoodGym to your employer
In case you didn't know, GoodGym is also available for employers.
We organise sessions exclusively for staff members to help build happier, healthier and better connected teams. GoodGym is a fun alternative to the tick-box, wasteful and frankly unexciting awaydays that can be common place.
Exercise and volunteering offer a potent boost to happiness and drastic drops on mental fatigue and stress of a workforce. When combined, the benefits are even greater - as LSE found in the case of GoodGym. If you're a fan of GoodGym and you'd like to help us raise money to continue our work across the UK, consider recommending GoodGym to your employer.

How it works
The traditions of old are dying and people are more health conscious than ever before. Run clubs are in and GoodGym is the perfect blend of inclusive, all comers running and volunteering that inspires people to really get to know each other. In an increasingly disconnected and digital world, GoodGym keeps it real.
Unlike normal GoodGym sessions, there's no limit to the number of people on an employer session. Two Circles, a sports marketing agency in London, asked us to host more than 200 of their employees. We ran 9 sessions across 6 different London boroughs simultaneously, covering over 600 kms and contributing over 400 volunteering hours - all in the space of a few hours!
Whatsmore, every penny your employer spends with GoodGym, stays in GoodGym. Just like a donation, employer sessions will help us continue to support older people and community projects across the UK, improve and maintain the website regularly, and explore more ways to spread the word far and wide about GoodGym. Unlike a donation however, your team get hands on - they feel, see, smell and hear the good they're doing in the moment, as well as enjoying the day to forge new friendships and let loose a little.
We have a strong emphasis on doing good for the environment, as well as the people and places we operate - if this is of particular interest we would love to make that happen.
