Build a movement

Have your own GoodGym story to share with the community? Email getinvolved@goodgym.org and we'll be in touch.

This is not a desk job. It’s a get-out-there, meet-people, make-things-happen role.

GoodGym is a community where running, fitness and doing good come together. We strengthen neighbourhoods and create real social connection — all through movement and collective action. Right now, thousands of people across the UK are part of GoodGym, and this role is about helping even more young people discover it, get involved, and step up to lead.

As Partnerships and Activation Co-ordinator (18–25s), you’ll be at the heart of GoodGym’s work with young people. You’ll be out at run crews, communities, colleges and youth spaces, building partnerships, leading sessions, supporting young leaders and bringing GoodGym to life wherever you go. One day you might be teaming up with a college or youth group to run a collaborative session, the next you could be training new young leaders, filming content, or getting a crowd moving at a GoodGym run.

This is a role for someone who loves energy, people and momentum. You’ll help more 18–25-year-olds find their place in GoodGym — not just as participants, but as leaders. You’ll create opportunities for young people to build confidence, take responsibility, and make a visible difference in their communities. Along the way, you’ll help shape the future of a nationally recognised, purpose-driven movement.

If you’re immersed in youth culture, excited by fitness and community, comfortable creating content and happy leading from the front — this is a chance to turn that into a job that genuinely matters.
