The task will have a big impact on Mrs N's emotional health. She is working with other services to try and improve her mobility, and reports that she wants to spend more time sitting out in the garden for summer to see her neighbours and prevent social isolation.

Before GoodGym I always lost motivation to stick at running or the gym but now I run two or three times a week.

Running with GoodGym is great because I get fit, do good and get to hang with a load of awesome people.
