Hey folks!

We've got a lovely task scheduled for Wednesday 4th June!!

Our group sessions are open to everyone - if you're new to GoodGym please sign up and come along - we are inclusive and friendly, and we'll be pleased to see you!!

🍁 We're heading to a special and oft-missed patch of urban green - Lismore Circus Community Woods is cared for by volunteers - and we'll be sprinkling some GoodGym help into the mix :)

📍 We'll be meeting at Lismore Circus this evening – the postcode you'll need is NW5 4AS – it is a short walk from Gospel Oak station, and the green space is directly across the circus area from Goddess Hair!
