08:50 - 10:30Clumber Park holds a free timed 10k trail run every 4th Sunday of the month.
The course is 2x 5k laps, so you have the option to just do one if you would like.

Please car share where possible I'm sure between everyone we can make sure everyone who wants to join in is able to.
Also allow time to get from the car park to the start in time for the run briefing at 8.50am. Approx 1 mile walk or you could use this as your warm up run.
