Thursday night 6:15/6:30 is GoodGym Windsor night!

You can walk or run from The Binoy SL4 5BB at 6:15pm or meet us at the task at 6:30pm There is parking here and in the pirate park opposite.

This task is to cut back shrubs and brambles along the fence line to enable access for the elderly residents and services as needed.

Task address: 125a Maidenhead Road, Windsor SL4 5EY. Parking is limited here and in surrounding streets. Nearest Punic car park is Windsor Leisure Centre.

Some tools and waste bags will be provided although if you are able to bring any secateurs safely whilst walking/running that would be helpful and a pair of gardening gloves.

Don’t wear your best gear and dress for the weather.

If time we do try and do some fun fitness at the end of the task not led by a qualified instructor and is inclusive to all and optional.

Look forward to seeing you then!
