18:15 - 19:45Come to take part in a litter pick challenge as we tidy up along the Quayside. It's a great way to use your run or walk and have fun. Everyone is welcome, and it's suitable for beginners.
Run, walk or cycle with us for this session, suitable for all including beginners. There is an optional fitness session at the end for anyone who fancies it.
Meet at Stepney Bank Stables where it's free to park, use toilets and leave bags securely.

You will be able to join a group walking to the task if you'd prefer not to run.
Options are available to run between 3km and 4km in total
Remember that we run/walk to and from the task, so you'll only be running/walking for half this distance in one go.

GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity
