Penrose Roots to Recovery

Meet us on Bute Street by the giant Orange LUTON sign (opposite the Hat Factory) for intros and a warm up before we walk, run or cycle to the task for the evening.

This week we'll be heading back to the Penrose 'Roots to Recovery' garden where they've got some weeds to clear and some vegetable beds that need digging over. We'll inject a burst of energy to their project that helps people overcome issues by using the garden as a therapeutic space, where people can get things off their chest in between growing their veggies.

If we have time on the return journey we will stop in Wardown Park for a fun five minutes fitness session before finishing our evening back at the start point.

It's getting dark so bring a head torch if you have one!
