3 GoodGymers made their way to help the Bristol Churches Winter Night Shelter in Bristol.

This morning, 3 GG-ers, 2 named Alice and 1 named Mel headed to Tyndale church with 5 eager hands ready to move mattresses and bedding into the church hall.
A short wait for the van meant we could brief the priest on what Goodgym is all about until Mel realized the van had actually arrived and we hadn’t noticed due to nattering..
Today’s venue had a double flight of stairs to tackle but we made light work of the task in hand and even found time for an impromptu photoshoot on the stacks of mattresses before we headed off to work. A job well done!
