A blind'n task
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Cardiff.

On a chilly day I hit the street to head to Mrs. K, it was a slightly winding route with some hills for additional work. Upon arrival Mrs. L explained what she needed help with, she had a broken drawer and another that was misaligned, a blind that she wanted taking down and then help to get an automatic air freshener working.
After emptying the drawer Mrs. K handed me some wood glue to try to fix the drawer, unfortunately it seemed to have snapped on one side, but we thought we would give a go and see how it was once dry. The next drawer was a quick fix, once realigned it moved without problem.
Now to the kitchen, where I climbed a step ladder and removed the blind after some wiggling of fittings. Once down I cleaned the paintwork for Mrs. K in preparation for her choosing the new blind to put up.
One last thing before you go.
Mrs. K had purchased a new automatic air freshener but had been unable to figure out how to get it working. So, after taking it apart we figured it out together and set it up ready to use.
We said goodbye and I ran back home for some rest.
