2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Westminster.

After a very muggy run to the river, we arrived to find the lovely Ms P waiting for us with a spare bed, ironing board and suitcase to move out. We were done in record time, with Charlotte setting off on the second half of her lovely long run.... (or off on her hols?)
