A dash in the pan
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Islington.

What a cracker of a Friday run this was!
A beautiful day and the 13ish miles felt really comfortable... I've been trying to keep my pace more measured recently to up my miles and keep from (literally!) burning out in this heat.
I headed down to the Finchley Road via West Hampstead and then up to the Royal Free and across the Heath to get to Tufnell Parkish area, where there is a lovely big Waitrose (with a seperate NHS queue, win) :) Got most of Mr A's groceries that he needed and popped them over to him, for which he was very grateful.
And then a nice jaunt home which included a snack break on Parliament Hill! Ideal.
Monday again, now, oh well :) See you soon, Friday!
