We may be small but we were mighty
Tonight we returned to one of our favorite tasks at St Botolphs Church where we met up with our friends, Rik, Val and Sue.
We were the definitely the Fabulous 4 this evening comprising of Barbara, Daisy, Paul and myself.
It was so nice to kick off the session with a 1.5 mile run with Daisy and Paul. We all agreed how much we had missed this integral part of GoodGym.
Special mention to Barbara who didn't join us on the run as she had previously finished the virtual challenge Le Jog ( from John O Groats to Lands End ) Many congratulations !! What an amazing achievement 🙌🙌🙌
Tonight Paul satisfied a long standing appointment with the ivy on the tree. He made me rather nervous when he climbed on the wall but luckily safety is his middle name and all was well and he did an AMAZING job on tidying up the tree.
Daisy, Barbara and I concentrated our efforts on the area around the font that pur tram had previously worked hard to clear and reveal! Val had grown some well established seedlings which we planted plentifully all around! We also enjoyed a great chat whilst planting.
All too quickly our session came to and end..... until the next time.
