A game of numbers
7 GoodGymers made their way 7.0km to help their local community in Tower Hamlets.

With a last minute task cancellation 7 GoodGym runners faced new task of getting fitter and faster in Victoria Park. After a short 1km run over to the park we took part in a series of warm up exercises and drills for 15-20 minutes whilst dodging dogs, cyclists, commuters and other runners.
When then jogged to 3 different areas of the park before carrying out a fartlek session, basically a series of mixed paced, but fast efforts. 3 minutes of 90 seconds out, turn and race back to the start, 2 minutes of 60 seconds out and race back, 1 minute of 30 seconds out and race back. In total we completed 3 sets. Hard work but good fun.
We when jogged back to stretch, tired, but fitter, stronger and more energised...(maybe!)
