a hole different story

Checking the address details out on street Ms G already opened the door and called me over, guessing correctly I was there to see her.

'putting a towel rail back on the wall' turned out to be slightly more complicated than it originally seemed - besides putting the new rail together (easy part) it would require new holes in the wall to put this up (hard part) - existing ones would not fit! As Ms G was told that Goodgym doesn't use power tools, she wasn't sure how it would work and thus didn't get the necessary drill bits etc.

Luckily we were able to make alternative arrangements, fingers crossed it all works out next week!
