A little chilli tonight but a vine effort from all, long root done in record thyme

... 5 minutes tugging on an aubergine and it was all over read more.
We had one of our longer runs this evening (5.5km each way!) but still an amazing turnout of 23 goodgymers on a cold and wet evening.
The way to get over that one was the offer of jaffa cakes and biscuits not only at the task but also back at The Forum afterwards.
Kevin was joining us for his 1st GoodGym experience (he ran a marathon yesterday!) and Bill volunteered to be back runner.
We were visiting our friends at Grow Your Community based at Sprowston Community Hub. The task was to clear out a green house that had been growing tomatoes, peppers, aubergines (now the top line makes more sense) as well as other produce. Before a blink of an eye everything had been pulled up piled up (literally within 5-10 minutes) it was quite hard to believe. Being a longer distance this was quite handy so w weren't late getting back.
A few people peeled off straight home on the way back and the remaining crew stopped for a quick photo in the Xmas Tunnel of Light... something we'll probably do each week now until Xmas!
Another top job done.
Next week we're helping The Feed prepare for their launch event.
