A phone call a day keeps the loneliness at bay!

Sam got in touch today to let me know he has continued to call his elderly neighbor every day to make sure he is coping OK in isolation.
Sam often makes his phone call just after a long solo run on Dartmoor where he lives.
"It really cheers my neighbor up and puts a smile on my face too!"
