All in the numbers for a high 5

I helped out with Junior parkrun this morning. There were 19 PB's and even the youngest of runners seemed determined to make quick work of it. Most, including me, enjoyed the high 5's as they came to the end of the run. At the end one young runner was trying to workout mentally how long Usain Bolt would take to run 2k. This was based on the time he took to run 100m. Good to see that he was physically and mentally challenged this morning.
