Leave it to GoodGym to get the job done!
9 GoodGymers made their way to help the The wider Liverpool community in Liverpool.

On a cold, dark, damp and windy night, a team of nine, foolhardy, sorry, hardy GoodGym runners made their way to a first time task at Liverpool’s Caribbean Community Centre.
The centre’s extensive grounds, including a driveway, car park, basketball court, outside dining area, huge field, picnic area, garden and apiary, are very well looked after. However, the combination of nearby trees, a busy main road and windy weather mean that they get more than their fair share of litter and leaves blown into their space.
Fortunately, GoodGym runners were on hand with brushes, shovels, bin bags and litter pickers, leaving the drive and playing areas spick and span.
Not only does the area look better, it is also a safer place for young people to play...without fear of slipping in wet, muddy leaves or tripping over bottles and cans.
Well done to everyone involved for doing a fantastic clean-up, but also for giving up a cosy evening in front of the fire and braving the tail end of Storm Brendan.
FAKE NEWS ALERT..............THIS JUST IN.................
It has come to my attention that on Tuesday 14th January 2020, there was an incident of disinformation reported on the GoodGym website...the post claimed that our illustrious run leader, Char reached the heady heights of achieving 100 GoodGym Good Deeds. This is, in fact untrue...Char was on 99 Good Deeds!
