Thank you to John for the title of the report, after he found a remembrance Poppy at Canoe Lake.
Thank you to Jen for stepping in to the available place at very short notice, with the added bonus of Alice's chatter to keep us entertained! Alice was very pleased with her favourite find - a teeny tiny plastic heart!
And thank you to Vicki for the loan of her litter picker.
It was great to welcome Tracy back to the joys of litter picking and we helped Rich celebrate the start of half term with a trawl around Canoe Lake.
We made the most of the last light evening before the clocks change. Head torches will be essential kit for evening litter picks until next Spring!
