Another good deed in the bag!
2 GoodGymers made their way 7.6km to help their local community in Redbridge.

On a bitter cold winter night, two of Goodgym's finest runners met to run to Forest Recycling Project and help move confidential waste bags. What's more, they ran 8km in the process.
With the mini-best of the East keeping most of the regular runners at home, it was down to James and Peter to head over to FRP to help Nilesh with the task. With the burners on to keep warm, the duo were soon over at the warehouse shifting bags, removing boxes of electronics and homewares for recycling and generally helping with the myriad of jobs that need doing.
Impressively, with help from Nilesh, the team moved more than 2,000 waste bags into a space out of the way and ready for collection - note: if you need FREE white nylon bags or can think of a use for them, then visit FRP Online and give them a call.
With the task done, it was time for a few miles of tempo running and an easy stretch session. If you missed it, you missed out!
