Assessing the risks of running can be a pen in the arth sometimes, but it has to be done!
3 GoodGymers made their way 9.8km to help their local community in Cardiff.
- Saturday, 12th of January 2019
- Led by Benjamin Annear
Today, Dave, Rich and I all ran the route for an upcoming community event that will bring runners of the Cardiff community together. We ran the route together so when event day comes everyone can run it safely!
The course had some hills which proved no trouble for Dave who approach every hill like he was running up the travelator in the old TV Programme Gladiator.
We saw the point where the first ever morse code signal was sent across water! Pretty cool eh?
