Bat-Tea About Derbyshire Cricket
2 GoodGymers made their way to help the The Derbyshire Cricket Foundation in Derby.

Gwyn and Tracey popped along to the Derbyshire Cricket Foundation's Monday Mates team session. We cycled there (slightly unsteadily), then recharged our batteries with a lovely cup of tea, and some tasty biteable biscuits.
This month, there was a Derbyshire theme with friendly combat in a brainteasing quiz, where teams battled to get the top score. There was even a batch of Derbyshire Tea in unique DCF-themed boxes, very generously donated by the company for everyone to take home with them. Many thanks for such a tasteable delight.
The battle continued with seatead cricket. Everyone took a turn with bowling and batting, and there was even a bit of acrobatics when it came to catching.
We'll be back again for more fun with the team next month; we wait with bated breath to find out what the theme will be...
