Before we dash, we'll collect your trash
5 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Cardiff.

Having completed one good deed with Rumney Seedlings, five goodgym runners decided the best way to fight the cold and get the blood flowing before their run/cycle home was by taking on another good deed (it is January after all and every deed counts!)
Five goodgym runners collected some black bags and spent time picking up rubbish around Rumney Partnership Hub. While Nathan, Aimee and Mikey collected discarded bottles, wrappers and other trash, Martin threw himself headfirst down a grassy bank (i think he tripped in his haste to grab a crisp packet) and Lucy did a sterling job multitasking her duties as photograpy, lamp carrier as her hands trembled in the cold (BA would be proud).
WIth full black bags, Lucy orchestrated a group selfie, and the group headed their seperate ways home.
