Between a rock and a good place
26 GoodGymers made their way 4.0km to help their local community in Tower Hamlets.

Monday's night run saw the group take a leisurely jog over to the Holly Bush Estate for 30 minutes of vigorous sweeping and tidying of their Rock Garden and wood pile in advance of Open Garden Weekend. Holly Bush have won several award for their gardens recently and are hoping to bag another one on Saturday if they can win the prize for most people through the door. If you're in the area, do drop by.
The task done and a warm up completed in a glamorous car park, a few runners set off for a long run, while the rest of us followed Tom to Weavers' Fields for a frankly knackering sprinting and core session. I'm writing this two days later and my abs are still sore now.
