One GoodGymer cycled from Richmond to jointhe Monday Evening Warehouse shift at City Harvest, Acton Central and spent the session on a variety of tasks including helping to sort and crate up the evening delivery of donated surplus food from Amazon direct.

The rest of the shift was spent helping with other tasks including crating up savoury snacks ready togo out and dealing with out of date meat and bread. Tipping crate after crate of chicken meat into the orange food recycling bins was dispiriting but thankfully an unusual occurrence. However spirits were raised with a bit of impromptu flower arranging , creating a gorgeous bouquet of purple tulips and yellow roses.
