Boom! She-bangers-and-mash!

Back to the weekly shops for a pale Mr C. after his fortnight-long isolation period, which he spent together with his son. Sadly, his wife has caught "the virus" while in hospital and passed away two weeks ago. I was gutted when I heard; even though I never met her it feels like I've known her through what he's told me, and I basically brought them everything they ate since March. So we're trying out different oven meals, and the cottage pie/chicken dinner/sausages and mash seem to be his go-to combination. I hope the flowers I brought him bring a little colour into his day.
