Broom with a view
2 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Leeds.

A pair of GoodGymers got together to clear a cycle path to round off the January challenge
A member of the public had got in touch to say there was lots of glass on a particular section of cycle path, so GoodGym stepped in to see if we could sort it out out.
Armed with a broom, a dust pan, some gloves, and a sturdy bag, we headed out along the cycle path searching out any glass that would cause puncture hazards for cyclists and could result in nasty cuts for dogs paws.
"Jackpot"
Helen got rather excited when she found the first big patch of glass and together we worked to clear it up.
We walked the full length of the path, narrowly avoiding a speeding motorcyclist who definitely didn't seem bothered that we were there. Along the way we collected loads of glass, and swept up any small shards we could see, so hopefully it will be much better for cyclists in future.
It isn't the most attractive cycle path, and there's loads of litter (way too much for two of us) so it could definitely be a future community mission if people are interested.
