Lovely to catch up with Mr K. Arriving “parkrun fresh”, I sat down for a good chat with him where we talked about recent worrying events in the world and their faith-restoring counterpoint, the amazing support network of friends, family and neighbours who help keep his life organised.

Regular GoodGym shopping visits are a big part of that and today was a straightforward shop with only crispbreads needing a little time to locate in the supermarket. Mr K is now stocked up for the week, particularly with multiple cans of baked beans where he showed refreshing unfussiness about brand or additive levels - “just get whatever”.
