If you need us, call us,
No matter where you are, No matter how far,
Don't worry, baby Just call GoodGym,
we'll be there in a hurry
You don't have to worry
'Cause baby, there ain't no (beef)mountain high enough
Ain't no ramps long enough,
Ain't no crates wide enough
To keep us from helping you out ...
Today, 4 runner met the team from Fareshare to help with moving their food delivery into the storage space at St. Luke's church. The donate food will be distributed to those in need via the monthly food bank event at St. Luke's lunch club. Already knowing the drill from their last session there, Nathalie and Sarah got right at carrying crates of soups and boxes of spaghetti into the basement. Jayde made use of an discarded shopping trolley which maximized their work efficiency and put the unloading of the van to an quick end.
The bigger challenge was to squeeze the uncountable number of minced beef cans and jars for tomato sauce into a tiny storage room. Bike lights provided the only light source in the room giving this task an authentic (cryptic!) feel. Amy from St Luke's lunch club was super thankful for our help and we can't wait to be back there soon.
Great job guys!

Brilliant report Sarah. I am also loving the "Marvin Gaye & Tammi Terrell" support you enlisted.
Really enjoyed today :-)
Ha! Excellent reporting
