Chasing Splits
3 GoodGymers made their way 6.2km to help the Trinity Close Residents Group in Solihull.

Last night three runners, ran to Trinity close to carry on helping them prepare for the upcoming Queen's Jubilee, when they will be having a big party in the rose garden to celebrate!
Once we arrived, we were greeted by the residents who had already been working for over an hour. We then did a swap, they went into their houses for a rest, while we carried on thanks to some other residents who were on the second shift to fill the wheelbarrow full of weeds!
After a good 45 minutes of hard work we had managed to fill the wheelbarrow, so it was time to empty this into one of the garden waste bins ready to run back to base.
On the way back, Chris knew of some strava segments we should try and get some PB's on just to give us the push we needed to get back up the hill! This was tough going but felt good afterwards and meant we definitely deserved a drink afterwards.
We will be back next week doing good, it would be great to see you there.
