Cool shade treatment

"I would like to say a massive thankyou to Stephane and yourselves for organising his attending my home today . I have always been an independent person , but life is so frustrating right now as i can not do anything i previously did due to a Spinal injury in April . Miss J of W3, mission beneficiary

Reaching temperatures above 30°C and I thought that a gardening task would be very hot one. Could I fry an egg on my bald head in this heat ? Likely when I arrived at Miss J and went thought to the back garden it was a treat as the section I was going to work in was in the shade : cool shade treatment. Despite being in the shade it was still a got and sweaty workout as cutting grass and weeding, not to forget leveling the flower beds as Mr Fox around to dig them. Also had a lot of leaves on the floor to clear. Miss J was super happy unlike her small dog who kept barking when I approached the house : seems that dog was harmless and just a big mouth 🤔 all the weed gone a d the bees 🐝 were enjoying the lovely flowers 💐
